Sometimes there are unanticipated adverse consequences, whether you "win or lose" in litigation. Many lawyers become so focused on "winning" that they fail to see that the way you "win" your case can do damage to your long-term goals. At the West Palm Beach Law Offices of Warren B. Brams, we will work with you to develop a plan that fits both your short and long-term goals. Our firm can help you understand your options regarding guardianship, estate, probate and divorce law.
